We have some fantastic auctions and raffles lined up for the night courtesy of our generous sponsors (see sponsor list attached) and the school bus will be available to pick you up and drop you home if you wish along the usual bus route.

The Bus Society’s largest annual fundraiser is coming up, don’t forget to book your tickets for our fun ‘Beats By Bingo’ night on Saturday July 10th!

Tickets are available through the Pukekohe East Primary School office and it would be great to see as many of our bus families there as possible.  Friends & family are more than welcome too however remember it is an R18 event so no children/minors please.

The event will feature a range of prizes, raffles and auctions and we are seeking any donations that will help us to raise money on the night. Thought starters: Vouchers, movie tickets, sports gear, experiences, bottles of wine/alcohol, gift baskets, chocolates, a trailer of firewood, swimming lessons, horse riding lessons, kids activities, a pet day animal, meat packs, holiday home rentals, business services, toys, books, the list goes on…So if you have anything to contribute or would like to discuss further then please contact Sarah – sarah.wharfe@bluestar.co.nz as soon as possible.

Just a reminder that there is a Pukekohe East School Bus Society meeting tonight, 7pm, at Pukekohe East School. All parents of children who use the school bus welcome! We will run through the normal agenda and then the Bingo night planning. See you there!
