Gardening guru Lynda Hallinan kindly offered a group twilight garden tour and ‘plot to plate’ dinner at her home in Hunua for a lucky bidder at our Bus Society Bus Bash event fundraiser. This special garden tour event is happening on Friday 5th December from 6pm. We may need a few people to help Lynda on the evening to serve dinner. Any volunteers please contact Jenny Walter on jennywalter@outlook.com. It will be fun helping out and Lynda’s garden is gorgeous.

A group from Marist School Mt Albert hired our school bus to attend our recent Pet Day, which they enjoyed very much. Now Marist School is inviting Pukekohe East School families to experience their city school fair on Saturday 8th November 2014 at 14 Kitenui Avenue, Mt Albert, from 11am to 3pm. Invitation below.

Pukekohe East School’s Storybook Pet Day is fast approaching. A fun day out for the whole family on Saturday 27th September 2014, with animal judging from 9am and stalls and games from 11am. Exciting new event this year – sheep racing. Please round up your family and friends to come along.
The Sound of Music Bus Trip

The world’s most popular musical THE SOUND OF MUSIC is coming to Auckland and the Bus Society has arranged special group seating at the show and a fun ride there and back on the school bus.
Date: Sunday 19 October 2014.
Time: Departing school at 11am for 1pm show.
Cost: $110 per person which includes A Reserve show ticket and the return bus fare.
