Pukekohe East School Bus Society

Annual General Meeting – all bus families welcome

Date/Time: 17 February 2025, 7pm – 8pm

Venue: Pukekohe East School

We welcome all bus families to attend the Pukekohe East School Bus Society AGM. Our Society has a proud history of running a bus dedicated to the school (since 1946 in fact!), and it’s only one of two across the country that does this. Over many years we have operated this bus service and continue to provide a service taking children to and from school along with many school events.

The agenda includes:

  • Recap of minutes from last year’s AGM
  • Chairperson’s Annual Report
  • Statement of Accounts and Treasurer’s Annual Report
  • Voting and re-election of committee members: Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary
  • Update on bus operations and fundraising
  • Future plans
  • Encouraging more society members to join
  • General business

Support our bus with Kora Fuel and Waitomo

We have a great offer with Kora Fuel Cards for our school families and community!

At Kora, their mission is to bring cheaper fuel to all Kiwis with at least 10¢ per litre off the pump price ON EVERY FILL at Waitomo and Mobil stations nationwide.

You can share some or all of that discount with Pukekohe East School Bus Society, who operate the school bus for Pukekohe East School. And right now, Kora are offering a special 13¢ per litre saving at all Waitomo stations from 1 February 2025 until 30 April 2025.

You can still share the same amount of the discount with Pukekohe East School Bus Society, but get the extra savings for yourself.

3. Any questions, you can email them, call them, online chat them!

Kora membership costs $2 per month, but you’ll get that back halfway through your first fill.

Bus Society | Term 1 2025 update

Happy new year – we hope you’re enjoying the school holidays and are looking forward to Term 1!

📢Important dates
Every term, we host a Bus Society committee meeting at the school that school families are more than welcome to attend! Dates are below, along with our annual general meeting. We also have a date for our fundraiser in June.

📅14th June (Our Bus Society annual fundraiser – most likely a trivia night! Details will follow later this term)
