Reminder: Bus Bingo planning meeting | Mon 27 May 2024

Just a friendly reminder that the Bus Society is hosting the next meeting on Monday 27 May:

What: Bus Bingo event planning meeting
Where: Pukekohe East School
Date: Monday 27 May 2024
Time: 7pm – 8pm

We would love as many parents/caregivers as possible to come along especially if they can help with Bus Bingo event logistics, chasing donations for auction/raffle prizes, helping out at the event etc.

Many thanks to those who are already helping out with the event and the society in general!

Bus route notice: Duck Pond Reynolds Rd stop

With the increasing traffic congestion around the roundabout for Reynolds Road, Cape Hill Road and Franklin Road…we will trial using the Pukekohe Rugby Club on Reynolds Road as a temporary bus stop from Monday 13 May onwards.

Bus families have been notified via email but if there are any issues – please contact Angely: 027 347 1818

Save the date: Bus Bingo on June 22

This year’s annual fundraiser is a Bingo night at the Pukekohe East Hall on Saturday 22 June!

More details to follow in the school newsletter, Skool Loop, Facebook etc. including how to purchase tickets.

Please note Sarah Wharfe (our fundraising and advertising manager) will need some help before and during the event. If you can help out in any way such as contacting local companies for donations, please contact sarah.wharfe[at]bluestargroup.co.nz and attend the Bus Bingo event meeting on 27 May 2024, 7pm @ the school.

Reminder: Bus Society Meeting (6 May)

The next Bus Society meeting is on Monday 06 May: 7.00pm at the school. 

We would love to have as many parents/caregivers as possible attend especially with some committee members moving on towards the end of this year/next year.
